BEN MARTIN-PEDDEY (Chief Technology Officer)

Ben's primary role is to direct product innovation and development of our leading edge EZYB2B and Portal-based solutions for electronic commerce and systems integration. His wide-ranging expertise in system engineering, together with his broad experience in business over a number of years has been instrumental in establishing and growing Neller Connect.

Ben has experience as an instructor and assessor in programming at several different Colleges in Adelaide before moving into the Defence Industry where he spent several years on a number of large projects as a Senior Systems' Engineer and Mentor.  His experience in Defence has ingrained in Ben an extremely rigorous approach to system design and testing, and an uncompromising approach to everything he does - something which is reflected in both the design and quality of EZYB2B.

GREG BURCH (Chief Operating Officer)

Greg is a highly qualified, capable and experienced IT / e-Commerce Manager.  He brings with him a broad background in various leadership roles within large local and international organisations along with extensive experience within the manufacturing, wholesale, resources, semi-government and retail industries. 

Greg has strong technical abilities with particular expertise in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, e-Commerce and Distribution systems.  Greg also has proven management and negotiation skills and is a creative yet practical individual with highly developed analytical, planning and communication abilities.  Greg has a strong customer focus and enjoys working in a challenging, professional and collaborative environment.

Prior to joining Neller Connect he was eCommerce Manager for Hagemeyer Australia (now L&H Group) for three years and before that performed the same role with Assa Abloy (formerly Lockwood Security Products) for four years.
