EZYB2B is software-as-a-service.  Our Customer Relationship Agreement provides for the following:

  • A 'try before you buy' policy where we will conduct a no-charge proof-of-concept pilot for two documents between yourselves and one of your trading partners

  • A Licence to use the EZYB2B software

  • A low one-time fixed-price Establishment Fee for software setup, implementation and training

  • An option to have the software delivered to your site pre-loaded on a computer ready to be plugged straight into your network ("EDI-in-a-Box")

  • A low monthly or quarterly Subscription Fee, fixed for three years.  That fee includes:
    • Access to the full library of standard XML processes and document translation maps developed for other members of our User Community
    • Development of any re-usable document maps and processes not already available from that library
    • Remote administration, support and maintenance of the software
    • Free software upgrades which will often include new features requested by other members of the EZYB2B User Community
    • Help Desk support
    • At the end of each three years, a maximum price increase of the greater of the accumulated CPI increases over that three year period, or 10%.
  • For Companies with a large number of trading partners, an option to utilise the Document Distribution Gateway model in combination with other connection protocols.
